Return Policy for Customized Hard Goods
At LEVEL Tactical™, we take pride in our customized hard goods and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully:
1. Customization Acknowledgment
By placing an order for customized hard goods, you acknowledge that these items are made specifically to your specifications, which may include sizes, colors, designs, and personalization.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized hard goods are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item, spelling errors in personalization, etc.).
3. Inspection Upon Receipt
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any defects or errors, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will require photos and a description of the issue for our records.
4. Returns for Defects or Errors
If your customized item is deemed defective or incorrectly made, we will either:
Provide a replacement at no additional cost, or
Issue a full refund based on the original payment method.
You may be required to return the defective item before receiving a replacement or refund.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, customization processes will begin, and cancellations may not be accepted.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted for customized hard goods due to their personalized nature. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your order.
7. Shipping Costs
In the case of an approved return due to defects or errors, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
